摘要
为了改善推力轴承的摩擦性能和稳定性,采用激光加工技术在可倾瓦推力轴承瓦块表面上构建圆形凹坑表面织构。建立推力轴承动特性测试试验台,研究在不同静载,不同转速,不同激振频率下,可倾瓦推力轴承的动特性。实验研究发现,推力轴承的刚度系数随着静载的升高而升高,但对阻尼系数影响不大;随着转速的增加,推力轴承的刚度阻尼系数均呈下降趋势;在不同的激振频率下,轴承的刚度系数随激振频率的上升而增加,轴承的阻尼系数随着激振频率的升高而减小。此外,在相同的实验工况下,表面织构能增加可倾瓦推力轴承的刚度系数。
To improve tribology properties and stability of thrust bearings,textures are fabricated on the Babbitt-faced pad surface.A test rig is built to investigate the dynamic characteristics of thrust bearing under different loads,different speeds and different exciting frequencies.The experimental result demonstrates that stiffness coefficient increases as the load increases,but the effect of rotating speed on damping coefficient is little.With the rotating speed increasing,stiffness and damping coefficients decrease.
