摘要
为了提高工业产品的装配效率,其装配过程需要合理地规划,但传统的方法难以解决最优装配路径这一NP问题。利用群论在解决"对称问题"方面的优势,通过介绍机械零件方面的空间关系,进而分析了装配序列生成的多样性规律,建立了装配系统群模型,为日后利用基于对称群的装配路径生成算法,实现智能柔性装配产品打下了基础。
In this paper,by using the group theory in solving the symmetry problems,through the introduction of spatial relationship of mechanical parts,and then analyzed the law of diversity of assembly sequence generation,assembly system has been established for the day after the group model,assembly path generation algorithm based on the symmetric group,under the foundation of realizing intelligent flexible assembly product.
