咬合面缺损义齿贴片修复数字化设计

摘要 根据CAD/CAM技术在口腔修复设计技术中的良好结合性,提出了一种针对咬合表面存在缺损的牙齿的贴片修补算法。首先,根据洞缘线将缺损牙模型划分成内、外两个区域;其次,基于缺损牙模型对标准牙实施迭代变形操作,并且根据缺损牙模型和变形后的标准牙模型,构建贴片模型的下表面和上表面。最后,对贴片上表面进行自适应的间隙约束变形,使其满足强度要求,然后缝合上、下表面。通过实验,重建得到的贴片模型与缺损牙缺损处匹配良好,缺损咬合表面得以修复。 According to the characteristic that CAD/CAM is compatible in the area of dental recovery technology,a reconstruction algorithm with inlay model to restore partially missing dental occlusion surface is proposed in this paper.First,the damaged dental model is segmented into interior part and exterior part based on the cavity contour.Secondly,damaged dental leaded the iterative deformation of template dental,then the upper surface and lower surface of inlay model are generated.At last,the upper surface of the inlay model which is deformed based on the constraint of gap is stitched with the lower surface.
