摘要 一般企业的财务管理会使用全球统一的ERP系统,因此财务系统和税务工作系统相互独立,两者之间缺少了有效的接口,造成税务流程涉及大量的手工工作和多系统间的数据人工传递。与此同时,在ERP系统中,基本没有针对中国提供发票管理的功能,发票过程难以追查,更难提供报表,对整个财务流程造成比较大的影响。以企业的实际业务应用为背景,分析了百旺开票系统的接口文件,论述了系统服务端和客户端的设计与实现过程,其中服务端包括开票控制模块、税控盘查询模块、重新打印模块,客户端包括发票开具、信息导入、发票查询、明细查询、发票统计、查询设置模块。财务人员开票时,需要服务端的开票控制模块与客户端的发票开具模块相配合,这是系统最核心的模块,也是难度最大的部分。弥补了百旺开票系统软件的不足,为企业提供一个高效的税务发票管理平台。 This paper discusses the design and implementation process of the server and client in detail based on the actual business applications.,including invoice control,Tax Disk query,reprint of invoice for server and invoice issue,information import,invoice query,invoice details query,invoice statistics,query setting for client.When financial clerks print invoice,that invoice control module of server and the invoice issue module of client need to work together,which is not only the core of the system,but also the most difficult part.This system makes up the defects of Bai Wang invoice system,and provide an efficient tax invoice management platform for the enterprise.
