两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Two Port Laparoscopic High Ligation of Spermatic Vein

目的探讨两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术临床效果。方法选取2014-03—2017-02间深圳市西丽人民医院收治的原发性精索静脉曲张患者75例作为本次研究对象,根据患者就诊号的单双号将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,38例单号为观察组,37例双号为对照组,所有患者均采用硬膜外阻滞麻醉或全麻后进行手术,观察组患者采用两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术进行治疗,对照组患者采用传统腹腔镜手术进行治疗,观察两组患者手术时间、住院时间及并发症情况。结果经治疗后两组患者的临床症状均有显著改善,观察组患者单侧手术时间、双侧手术时间、住院时间某内容与对照组比较,观察组患者无1例患者有术后并发症,对照组3例患者出现鞘膜积液和1例患者阴囊水肿,观察组患者时间均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的手术时间、住院时间及术后并发症发生率均较少,临床应用前景广阔。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of two port laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein. Methods 75 patients with primary varicocele in the hospital from March,2014 to February,2017 cases were regarded as the research object. According to the number of single patients,all patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases of odd number in the observation group and 37 cases of even number in control group. All patients were treated with epidural epidural anesthesia or general anesthesia after surgery. The observation group were treated with two hole laparoscopic varicocelectomy,and the control group were treated by traditional laparoscopic surgery treatment. Operation time,hospitalization time and complications of two groups were compared. Result Clinical symptoms of two groups improved markedly after treatment. Unilateral operation time,bilateral operation time and hospitalization time of two groups were compared. There was no postoperative complications in 1 patient in the observation group,and there was hydrocele in 3 patients and scrotal edema in 1 patient. Operation time of observation group was significantly less than the control group with statistical significance. Conclusion Operation time,hospitalization time and postoperative complications of two port laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein for treatment of varicocele are less,and the clinical application prospect is broad.
