It is a requirement for the ideological and political work to blaze new trails so as to adapt to the change of the time,society and the situations.In order to play their due role,the ideological and political workers at colleges and universities should establish new ideas in analyzing the new problems and features of the time.Innovation should also be reflected in the adopting of new mechanism,and method as well as the staff of ideological and political work.
