摘要
采用工程热力学的方法对高速清洗机的进、排水阀簧的预紧力计算进行建模,找出满足自吸能力的阀簧预紧力上限。并与U.Adolph公式一同对阀簧的设计进行约束。最后从方程的参数出发,指明实际设计过程中的关键设计控制项目,为现实的产品设计提供一种便捷而可靠的计算方法。
This article illustrate how to construct a equation to calculate the inlet and outlet valve spring's preload with the method of engineering thermodynamics.Give the upper limit of the spring's preload with the pump can self-prime.This equation combined with U.Adolph formula is the constraint of the spring's preload design. Finally,from the parameter of the equation,you know which part is important and how to design in the design process of the system.
