一台蒸汽锅炉的安全隐患与能耗分析

Analysis of security risks and energy consumption of a steam boiler

随着我国经济的发展与节能意识的提高,保证锅炉安全、稳定、低成本运行是我国工业锅炉发展的唯一出路。针对一台蒸汽锅炉(型号DZL2-1.25-AⅢ)的运行现状及停炉检验,提出了几点安全隐患和能源浪费问题,分析问题产生的原因及其处理方法。

With the development of Chinese economy and the improvement of energy-saving awareness,to ensure that the boiler safe,stable,low-cost operation is the only way to developing Chinese industrial boilers. According to the operation status of a steam boiler（ model DZL2-1. 25-AⅢ） and the shutdown test,the paper puts forward some problems of safety and energy waste,and analyzes the causes and treatment methods.
