针刺颈三针、颈夹脊穴及电动牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨针刺颈三针、颈夹脊穴及电动牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取椎动脉型颈椎病患者124例,按照就诊的先后顺序用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,各62例,治疗组采用针刺颈三针、颈夹脊穴及电动牵引治疗,对照组采用常规针刺取穴结合电动牵引治疗,两组均治疗3个疗程后评价其疗效。结果:治疗组临床治疗效果优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗后ESCV评分均有所改善,但治疗组优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗后平均椎动脉血流速度均较治疗前有提高,两组治疗后比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针刺颈三针、颈夹脊穴及电动牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效确切,值得临床借鉴。 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of needling three cervical points and cervical Jiaji points combined with electric traction for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA).Methods:124 patients with CSA were randomly allocated to the treatment group and the control group,with 62 cases in each group.The treatment group was applied with cervical three points and cervical Jiaji points combined with electric traction,whereas the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with electric traction.The clinical efficacy was evaluated after three courses of treatment in the two groups.Results:There is a statistical significance in terms of effective rate between the two groups(P〈0.05).The ESCV scores of the two groups were improved after the treatment,but the treatment group was better than the control group with significant difference(P〈0.05).The average velocity of vertebral artery after treatment increased in both groups,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of needling three cervical points and cervical Jiaji points combined with electric traction is effective for CSA.
