孙氏“循经远取动法”治疗急性腰扭伤的临床研究

Clinical Study on Distal-points Acupuncture Combined with Exercise for Acute Lumbar Sprain:Experiences from Professor SUN Yuan-zheng

目的:观察"循经远取动法"治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法:将90例门诊急性腰扭伤的患者随机分为3组,治疗组、阿是穴组和西药组(每组各30例)。治疗组采用"循经远取动法"进行针刺,阿是穴组选取阿是穴进行针刺,西药组选用扶他林片口服。通过比较各组之间疼痛视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)以及下腰痛Oswestry功能障碍指数评分(ODI)治疗前后的差异,判断3组治疗前后的临床疗效。结果:3组之间VAS评分和ODI评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01);其中针刺治疗改善程度均优于西药组(P<0.01),且治疗组优于阿是穴组;治疗组总有效率为96.67%,优于阿是穴组的83.33%和西药组的56.67%。结论:"循经远取动法"治疗急性腰扭伤的效果优于传统的阿是穴针刺和西药口服。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of distal-points acupuncture combined with exercises in the treatment of acute lumber sprain.Methods：90 patients with acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into the treatment group,the A-shi point group,and the western medication group,with 30 cases in each group.In the treatment group,the acupuncture was carried out with distal acupoints along meridians combined with exercises.A-shi points were chosen for acupuncture in the A-shi point group,and Voltaren was used in the western medication group.The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated by comparing visual analogue scale（VAS） and Oswestry disability index（ODI） before and after treatment in the three groups.Results：After treatment,the scores of VAS and ODI of each group were significantly improved compared to those before treatment（P〈0.01）,in which the two groups with acupuncture intervention were superior to the western medication group（P〈0.01）,and the treatment group was better than the A-shi point group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33% of the A-shi point group and 56.67% of the western medication group.Conclusion：The effect of distal-point acupuncture combined with exercise for acute lumbar sprain is better than ordinary A-shi point acupuncture and the western medication.
