臂臑穴治疗眼病的临床应用与研究概述

诸多穴位均可治疗眼病,但临床医生对臂臑穴可以治疗眼部疾病的作用知之较少。臂臑为手阳明、手太阳、足太阳、阳维之会。4条阳经皆通于目,与眼部疾患关系密切。现代高等教育中医院校教材记载臂臑穴"可治眼疾",但具体可治哪些眼疾未详述。本研究搜集、整理了针刺臂臑穴治疗麦粒肿、急性眼结膜炎、病毒性角膜炎、视神经萎缩、白内障、青光眼、电光性眼炎、弱视、眼外肌病和球结膜下注射所致疼痛等临床及实验资料,为指导临床提供参考,亦为相关研究提供思路与方法。

Plenty of points can be used for treating ophthalmic diseases,but few doctors know the effect of point LI14 for eye problems.LI14 is the point on which hand Yangming,hand Taiyang,foot Taiyang,and Yang Link Vessel converge.These four meridians all pass through eyes and are closely related to ophthalmic diseases.Clinical and experimental researches indicated that acupuncture therapy with point LI14 could treat various ophthalmic diseases.This research collected and sorted out the articles about point LI14 in the treatment of hordeolum,acute conjunctivitis,viral keratitis,optic atrophy,cataract,glaucoma,electric ophthalmia,amblyopia,extraocular muscle diseases,and pain due to sub-conjunctival injection,which provides reference for clinic and relative research.
