摘要
根据农民培训工作实践,系统总结了安塞区近年职业农民培训过程存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出改进对策,为今后进一步搞好职业农民培训摸索出一些经验。
According to the practice of peasant training, systematically summarized the main problems existing in the training process of professional farmers in Ansai district, put forward improvement measures on this basis to find some experience for further training of professional farmers.
