介绍了目前我国引入社会环境监测机构行业的存在问题,根据社会环境检测机构监测活动特点,制定有效的对策、规范市场行为,防范可能出现的风险。通过提高社会环境检测机构的准入门槛,制定合理的长期发展规划,改进管理制度,加强社会环境检测机构现场、实验室、日常的质量控制,及时调整政策导向提供有力的支持,从而实现动态管理,使监测技术力量雄厚的社会环境监测机构成为政府检测力量的有力补充,促进环境监测市场的良性发展。
This paper Introducing social environmental monitoring agency industry in China have been presented the existence of the problem,based on the characteristics of social environment detection institutions monitoring activities,make effective countermeasure,standardize market behavior,prevent possible risks.
