摘要
叠螺机与超高压板框组合工艺是一种污泥处理的新型工艺。试验通过现场污泥脱水正交试验,优选出叠螺机与超高压板框组合工艺的最佳运行参数,为污水处理厂正常生产运行提供参考数据。结果显示,当设定油缸压力上限为21MPa,一次进泥时间为30min,二次进泥时间为15min时,污泥脱水效果最好。
Screw press and hyperpressure plate-and-frame filter press are used as a novel combined sludge dewatering process.In this study,an orthogonal experiment of three factors at three different levels has been conducted to determine the optimal process parameters. It can provide running parameters for wastewater treatment plants.
