摘要
Officials and employees of Kunming （capital of Southwest China＇s Yunnan Province） Women＇s Federation, and institutions under the federation, during the past three years have written a combined 502 letters to prisoners in the Yunnan No. 1 Women＇s Prison. The officials and employees during the past nine years have offered one-on-one assistance to offenders, who were serving sentences in the prison, to foster in the offenders a desire to observe the law and accept discipline.
