Over the past quarter century Fredericksburg, Virginia has grown from a sleepy, small town situatedhalfway between Washington, ＂D.C., our nation＇s capital, and Richmond, the state capital of the Commonwealth of Virginia, to a small city of 28,000 people. Yet it has retained its country flavor and the culture and charm of small town America.
