Investigation on sleep quality of outpatients with epilepsy in neurology department

目的：探讨神经内科门诊癫痫患者的。睡眠情况，以提高抗癫痫治疗效率，改善患者生活品质。方法l回顾性分析2016年1～12月我院神经内科门诊120例癫痫患者睡眠情况，以问卷的方式发放失眠严重指数（ISI）量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）量表评估患者的睡眠。结果：ISI量表结果表明62例（52％）即超过一半的患者饱受失眠的困扰（中至重度失眠）。根据PSQI得分，有78例（65％）患者睡眠差（PSQI〉5），且两组中出现睡眠障碍的患者均以女性为多见，联合使用抗癫痫药物的患者的睡眠状况要差于单药抗癫痫治疗者。结论：癫痫患者合并睡眠障碍非常常见，且女性的比例明显高于男性。同时，联合使用抗癫痫药物数目越多，则睡眠障碍发生率越高。

Objective：To investigate the sleep condition of patients with epilepsy and improve the quality of life of them. Methods： 120 patients with epilepsy were analyzed respectively in our hospital from January to December 20]6. The ISI and PSQI scales were used to evaluate the sleep condition of the patients. Results：The ISI scale showed that 62 （52 %） of the patients suffered from insomnia （moderate or severe insomnia）. According to PSQI score, 78（65 %） of the patients had poor sleep condition（PSQI 5）, and sleep disorders in the two groups were more common in women. The sleep condition of the patients with combined use of antiepileptic drugs were worse than those with single drug antiepileptic therapy. Conchlsion： Epilepsy patients with sleep disorders were very common, and the proportion of women with sleep disorders are significantly higher than men＇s. The higher the number of combined an- tiepileptic drugs, the higher the incidence of sleep disorders.
