云南民族档案文献遗产分级保护研究

Research on Classification Protection of Yunnan National Archives Documents Heritage

云南民族档案文献遗产是不可再生的珍贵文化遗产。对云南民族档案文献遗产进行分级保护,即对复杂多样的对象进行分级,进而根据不同等级的情况和特点实施相应的管理措施,其目的是将较为重要和珍贵的档案文献遗产从众多档案文献遗产中区分出来,集中保护资源,对其实施更为特殊而有效的保护方法和策略。文章从云南档案文献遗产的价值分级、破损分级和流失分级三个方面制定分级标准并提出相应的管理对策。

Yunnan national heritage of archives documents is non-renewable and precious cultural heritage.Classification preservation of it means classifying complicated objects to take different management measures according to situation and characteristics of different grades for the purpose of distinguishing relatively important and precious archival heritage from general archival heritage,and adopting more special and effective protection methods and strategies.In this paper,the classification standards and the corresponding management countermeasures are put forward from three aspects：the value classification,the damage classification and the loss classification of Yunnan archives documents.
