摘要 固态超高频感应加热电源的主电路决定了电源的工作频段、工作方式和输出功率,选择一种合适的主电路对电源有决定性的影响。在参考E类电路和Boost升压斩波电路的基础上,采用能量守恒和傅里叶分解的方法,深入分析了一种新的电流源并联谐振电路的工作原理,解析了该电路各个参数之间的数学关系,为该电路的应用提供了理论依据。针对不同的参数,利用Matlab/Simulink进行仿真,得出各个参数不同取值时的仿真波形,通过仿真波形得到的信息与理论分析进行对比,可以得知仿真结果完全符合理论分析,同时得到该电路达到最优工作状态的条件,证明了该电路的实用性。 The operating frequency range, operating mode and output power are determined by the circuit. A suitable circuit is very important for induction heating power supply. On the basis of Class-E and Boost Chopper circuit, a new current source was analyzed with parallel resonant load circuit by energy conservation law and Fourier decomposition, which derived mathematical relation among the parameters and provided application theory. This circuit was studied by using Matlab/Simulink with variable parameters, which obtained the operating waves with different parameters and values. Comparing the operating waves with the theoretical analysis, the simulation results are completely consistent with the theoretical analysis, which obtains optimal working conditions and indicates circuit applicability.
