膜蒸馏技术处理含碳酸钾废水的实验研究

摘要 采用板式膜蒸馏器,疏水膜材料为聚四氟乙烯,以含碳酸钾的废水为主要研究对象,研究含碳酸钾废水溶液在直接接触膜蒸馏条件下的浓缩过程,并考察操作条件对膜通量的影响.结果表明,利用膜蒸馏技术处理含碳酸钾废水效果良好,碳酸钾的截留率达95%以上,同时亦可获得达标排放的清水. The plate type membrane distillation device,hydrophobic membrane materials PTFE,taking waste water containing potassium carbonate as the main research object,research with potassium carbonate solution of waste water in direct contact investigate the effects of operating conditions on membrane flux.The results show that the membrane distillation technology to deal with potassium carbonate wastewater has a good effect.It has not only recovered the important chemical raw materials,but also achieved the discharge of water.
