摘要
二茂铁和乙酰氯在三氯化铝的催化下,在二氯甲烷中发生傅-克反应得到了较高产率的二乙酰基二茂铁(80.5%),考查了反应时间,傅-克反应催化剂、酰化剂的量对反应的影响;再将二乙酰基二茂铁通过卤仿反应得到二茂铁二甲酸,通过紫外光谱法研究了二茂铁、二乙酰基二茂铁、二茂铁二甲酸的光谱性质,其中二乙酰基二茂铁相对二茂铁发生了较明显的红移.
Using aluminum chloride as catalyst,ferrocene and acetyl chloride as reactant,the 1,1'-diacetyl ferrocene are obtained with high yield( 80. 5%) in dichloromethane. The influence of the reaction time,the quantities of catalysts of Friedel-Crafts Reaction and acylating agent on the yield are investigated.Further more,the ferrocene dicarboxylic acid are gained by 1,1'-diacetyl ferrocene through halogen reaction. The spectral properties of ferrocene,1,1 '-diacetyl ferrocene and ferrocene dicarboxylic acid are studies by ultraviolet spectrophotometer.A marked red shift can be observed in 1,1'-diacetyl ferrocene,which are attributed to acyl substitution.
