摘要
采用连续固定床反应器,考察了H-Y、H-beta、TS-1三种具有不同酸强度的分子筛催化剂上异丁烯和甲醛气相一步法缩合制备异戊二烯应的催化性能.结果表明,TS-1催化剂的催化性能最为优异,分子筛催化剂的酸强度是合成异戊二烯的关键因素.
gas phase one-step condensation from isobutylene and formaldehyde to isoprene was performed in a continuous flow fixed-bed reactor.Several Acidic zeolite catalysts( H-Y、H-beta、TS-1) were investigated.It was found that TS-1 zeolite catalyst exhibited the best catalytic performance.Acid strength should be one of the key factors for the isoprene production.
