采食不同有机废弃物黑水虻幼虫饲料价值分析 被引量:49

摘要 为研究处理有机废弃物黑水虻幼虫(Hermetia illucens)的饲料价值,选取采食餐厨垃圾和鸡粪的黑水虻幼虫为研究对像,采用液相色谱法、原子吸收光谱法对幼虫的常规营养指标和卫生指标进行检测分析。结果表明:两种风干虫粉的水分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、灰分、甲壳素含量分别为1.40%、5.97%;35.14%、39.05%;38.17%、10.58%;13.03%、25.31%;4.81%、5.42%;蛋氨酸含量为12.43、14.04 mg/g蛋白质;赖氨酸含量为58.07、54.76 mg/g蛋白质。餐厨虫的不饱和脂肪酸与必需脂肪酸分别占总脂肪的60.85%和23.72%,其中油酸和亚油酸含量高达30.7%和21.3%。鸡粪虫的不饱和脂肪酸与必需脂肪酸分别占总脂肪的34.61%和8.2%,且含有十三烷酸和十五碳一烯酸奇数碳脂肪酸。两种黑水虻虫体微量元素含量高于鱼粉和豆粕;其卫生指标Pb、Cr、Hg、As、Cd、F及微生物、抗生素、农药残留等均符合"饲料卫生标准(GB13078-2001)"要求。综上所述,处理餐厨垃圾和鸡粪的黑水虻幼虫富含蛋白质、脂肪以及微量元素,具有较高的饲料研究和开发价值。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the feeding value of black soldier fly Hermetia illucens larvae for feeding kitchen waste and chicken manure by liquid chromatography and atomic absorption spectrometry analysis techniques.The results showed that the content of moisture,protein,fat,ash and chitin were 1.40%,5.97%;35.14%,39.05%;38.17%,10.58%;13.03%,25.31%;4.81% and 5.42% respectively.The content of lysine were 12.43,14.04 mg/g Pro;methionine were 58.07,54.76 mg/g Pro.While the ratio of unsaturated fatty acid content and essential fatty acid were 60.85%,34.61%;23.72% and 8.2% respectively.The content of oleic acid and linoleic acid were 30.7% and 21.3% in feeding kitchen waste larvae,C13 ∶0 and C15 ∶1 fatty acid were found in feeding chicken manure larvae.In addition,the content of mineral elements of larvae was higher than fishmeal and soybean meal.The hygienic index such as Pb,Cr,Hg,As,Cd,F,microorganism,antibiotics and pesticide residues were accord with Hygienic standard for Feeds(GB13078-2001).These results showed that the larvae for feeding kitchen waste and chicken manure were rich in protein,fat and mineral elements and has higher feed research in value.
