摘要
天然维生素E是植物油中普遍存在的一类抗氧化剂,因其具有安全、高效、无毒等优点被人们广泛关注。近年来,随着天然维生素E在食品、饲料、医药、化妆品等领域的逐步应用,其检测和品控技术也在不断发展,研究人员根据维生素E的物理、化学性质开发了多种检测方法。本文主要简述了色谱技术、光谱技术以及电化学分析技术等在天然维生素E检测中的应用,探讨了这些分析方法的基本原理以及优缺点,比较了各方法的灵敏度、准确性和检测极限等指标,便于在分析实际样品时选择最合适的测定方法。
Natural vitamin E(VE) is a kind of antioxidant which exists in plant oils.VE was found to possess unique features,such as safety,high efficiency,non-toxic.Therefore,it has been widespread concerned and used in foods,feeds,medicines,and cosmetics.In order to control the quality of nature VE,several analysis methods have been developed based on its physical and chemical properties.This article reviewed the natural VE detection technologies,such as chromatography,spectrum,and electrochemical detection techniques.At the same time,the basic principle and relative merits of the analysis methods have also been discussed.The sensitivity,accuracy and detection limit of each method were compared,in order to select the most snitable method to determine the samples.
