摘要
酵母β-葡聚糖广泛存在于酵母体内,是酵母细胞壁的主要组成成分,具有多种生物学功效,被广泛应用于动物营养领域。本文综述了葡聚糖的来源、生物活性、抑菌活性、抑菌机理和抑菌方法的研究进展,旨在为畜牧业无抗养殖提供新思路。
Yeast β-glucan is widely found in yeast,which is the major component of yeast cell wall and has many biological function.It is widely used in animal nutrition field.In this paper,the source,bioactivity,antibacterial activity,bacteriostasis mechanism and antibacterial method of glucan were reviewed,aim to provide new ideas for none of antibiotic breeding.
