Research Progress of Apoptosis Mechanism in Cerebral Ischemia Reperfusion Injury

目的:阐述有关脑缺血再灌注损伤细胞凋亡机制的研究进展。方法:对国内外期刊中有关文献进行检索,从脑缺血再灌注损伤引起细胞凋亡的相关机制进行阐述。结果:脑缺血再灌注损伤细胞凋亡的机制十分复杂,涉及多条通路、多个控制基因以及其他因素。结论:通过对脑缺血再灌注损伤细胞凋亡机制的深入研究,为研发治疗脑缺血再灌注细胞凋亡提供可靠的理论依据以及实验依据。

Objective：To study the mechanism of apoptosis in cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.Methods：The related mechanisms of apoptosis in the domestic and foreign journals were described in this paper.Results：The mechanism of apoptosis in cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury was very complex,involving multiple pathways,multiple control genes and other factors.Conclusion：The mechanism of apoptosis in cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury was further studied,which provides a reliable theoretical and experimental basis for the development of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
