摘要
目的:探讨针刺对支气管哮喘气道重塑的影响及其作用机制。方法:将30只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和针刺组,每组10只。通过HE及Masson染色法观察各组大鼠肺组织形态结构及气道重塑程度,采用ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清及肺泡灌洗液ColⅠ、FN的表达。结果:针刺组大鼠肺组织上皮下胶原沉积及平滑肌层增厚情况均较模型组有所好转(P=0.002,<0.05;P=0.006,<0.05),针刺组大鼠血清及肺泡灌洗液ColⅠ、FN的含量较哮喘组显著降低(P=0.011、P=0.002;P=0.026、P=0.026)。结论:针刺能有效缓解哮喘大鼠气道重塑程度,且其作用机制可能与抑制ColⅠ、FN的表达有关。
Objective:To examine the effect and mechanism of acupuncture for bronchial asthma airway remodeling.Methods:Thirty SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,asthma model group and the acupuncture treatment group,with 10 rats in each group.Light microscope was used to observe the lung tissue morphology and airway remodeling situation of each group rats with HE staining and Masson staining.The expression of Col Ⅰ,FN in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of each group rats were detected by ELISA.Results:Acupuncture group’s lung tissue reticular basement membrane collagen deposition and smooth muscle layer thickening situation improved compared with those of the model group(P=0.002,P〈0.05;P=0.006,P〈0.05),The expressions of Col Ⅰ,FN in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of acupuncture group significantly lower than those of asthma group(P=0.011,P=0.002;P=0.026,P=0.026).Conclusion:Acupuncture can inhibit the expression of Col Ⅰ and FN,which may be partly related to the acupuncture can effectively alleviate the degree of airway remodeling in asthmatic rats.
