Research Progress of Acute Exacerbation Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Anxiety and Depression

合并症能够影响疾病的防治及预后,对临床治疗意义重大。慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴随多种合并症,焦虑抑郁是其常见的合并症之一,尤其在其急性发作期表现突出。从AECOPD合并焦虑抑郁的流行病学、危险因素、发病机制及临床治疗进行概述,以期指导临床、完善AECOPD的治疗体系。

Complications,which can affect the treatment and prognosis of its disease,are of great significance to clinical treatment.Many types of complications existed in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）,and anxiety depression is one of the common complications especially in the acute exacerbation.This article summarizes the AECOPD with anxiety depression from the epidemiological and risk factors and pathogenesis and clinical treatment to guide clinical treatment and improve the system of AECOPD.
