中医病证结合动物模型评价体系的现状分析

Analysis on Present Situation of Evaluation System of Disease and TCM Syndrome Combinated Animal Model

动物模型是中医药发展的基础。与单纯的疾病模型或证候模型相比,病证结合动物模型更为合理和完善,更能体现中医病证的特点,且更符合临床实际。然而目前的病证结合动物模型存在着诸如造模因素混杂、脱离临床、症状采集及评价方式不完善、客观指标与证候缺乏微观联系、以方测证存在方法学重要缺陷等问题,还需要不断的改进和完善。

Animal model is the basis of the development of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.Compared with the simple disease model or TCM syndrome model,the combination of disease and TCM syndrome animal model is more reasonable and perfectas well as more in consistent with the clinical practice,which could reflect the characteristics of TCM much better.However,the disease and TCM syndrome combined animal models exist such as causation factors beingconfounding,being far from clinical practice,the collection and evaluation method of symptom information being not perfect,lackingassociation between micro objective indexes and TCM syndrome.The measurement methods have important defects and other issues that still needs to be constantly improved and perfected.
