摘要
目的:为建立矮地茶抗病毒谱-效相关评价系统,对矮地茶不同提取方法提取物体外抗病毒活性进行筛选。方法:采用细胞体外抗病毒实验法,结合CPE法及CCK-8试剂盒,以TI值(治疗指数)为研究指标,以利巴韦林、阿昔洛韦为阳性对照药,研究矮地茶不同提取方法提取物对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-1)、柯萨奇病毒(COX-B5)、手足口病病毒(EV71)的抑制作用。结果:矮地茶对RSV、HSV-1、COX-B5均有直接杀灭作用,水提液对COX-B5的直接杀灭效果较好,TI值为16.282,最大抑制率分别为87%,较阳性对照药利巴韦林相差不大(TI值为17.482,最大抑制率为85%)。结论:矮地茶提取物具有体外抗RSV、HSV-1、COX-B5的活性。
Objective:To establish an Ardisia jonica antiviral spectrum-related evaluation system and screen the extracts antiviral activit of different extract method in vitro.Methods:TI is the index to study the inhibition of various virus(RSV HSV-1 COX-B5 EV71) by cells in vitro antiviral experiment,CPE and CCK-8.Results:Ardisia jonica has a direct role in killing RSV,HSV-1,COX-B5.Ardisia jonica extract for COX-B5 direct killing effect is better and TI is16.282.The maximum inhibition rate was 87%,respectively.Compared with the positive control drug ribavirin,there was no difference(TI is 17.482 and the maximum inhibition rate is 85%).Conclusion:The extract of Ardisia jonica hasantiviral activity in vitro for RSV,HSV-1 and COX-B5.
