补中益气汤加减改善卒中后疲劳患者情志的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Buzhongyiqitang on Post Stroke Fatigue Patients with Emotional Problems

目的:探讨补中益气汤加减治疗卒中后疲劳患者合并焦虑抑郁状态的临床疗效。方法:将80例脑卒中后疲劳患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各40例,均给予康复治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上加用补中益气汤加减治疗。治疗前及治疗4周后分别进行主观疲劳程度(FSS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:对照组在治疗4周前后,患者的FSS评分、HAMA评分及HAMD评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而在治疗组,比较患者治疗4周前后的FSS评分、HAMA评分及HAMD评分,分值均显著减小,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为65%,治疗组患者的总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤加减治疗能提高患者的疗效,能有效缓解患者的疲劳程度,同时还能改善卒中后疲劳患者可能合并的焦虑抑郁状态。

Objective：To observe the effects of Buzhongyiqitang on post stroke fatigue patients with anxiety depression.Methods：Totally 80 post stroke fatigue patients were enrolled,randomly divided into therapy group and contrast group.Both groups were received conventional rehabilitation.On this basis,therapy group were treated with Buzhongyiqitang.Subjective fatigue level（Fatigue Severity Scale,FSS）,Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA） and Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） were assessed before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Comparison of clinical efficacy in patients.Results：In contrast group,before and after 4 weeks of treatment,the patient’s FSS score,HAMA score and HAMD scores were not significantly different（P〉0.05）.In therapy group,before and after 4 weeks of treatment,the patient’s FSS score,HAMA score and HAMD scores were significantly reduced.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 87.5% in the control group,the total effective rate was 65% in patients treated with total efficiency was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yiqi decoction for treatment can improve the survival of patients,can effectively alleviate the fatigue level of the patient,while the patient may improve fatigue combined anxiety and depression after stroke.
