摘要
2014年以来,全球IPv6部署呈现加快发展的势头,当前全球IPv6流量占比已经超过16%,预计将在2018年出现拐点,超过现有IPv4流量。IPv6拥有几乎无限的地址空间,网络信息传输也更智能、更安全,围绕IPv6的新一轮发展机遇已经出现,基于IPv6的互联网应用将很大可能颠覆现有商业模式。本文提出,向IPv6的迁移是今后网络发展的基础,IPv6是不可逾越的阶段。同时也给我国带来很大的机遇,要从国际竞争、产业发展、网络治理和自主创新的高度来认识推进IPv6的意义。
The deployment of IPv6 has been speeding up since 2014 worldwidely, and till now the global use rate has passed 16%, expecting to reach a turning point in 2018, when the traffic of IPv6 exceeds IPv4. IPv6 possesses almost-infinite IP address space, with smarter and safer performance on information transmission. A new round of development opportunity is rising, which could possibly change the current Internet business model significantly. This article elaborates that the development of IPv6 is inevitable and will be the very foundation of future Internet prosperity.Meanwhile, IPv6 brings key opportunity for us, and we should recognize the importance of IPv6 from the view of international competition, industrial development, Internet governance and independent innovation
