This paper introduces the key industries, layout and development model of under-forest economy development based on the description of natural conditions, the status quo and advantage of under- forest economy development. Then put forward the existing problems and countermeasures of under-forest economy development in Qingshui County. In the end, the development of under-forest economy will promotes the development of rural economy and increases farmers＇ income.
