Imagination and Suggestion of Under-forest Economy in Suburb of City

提出城市近郊林下经济设想,分析了其优势和约束条件,提出公益认管型、体验休闲型、集约经营型三个类型。为了推动城市近郊林下经济发展,提出三项建议,分别为切实转变绿化主管部门的政府职能、有效提高民众参与性和加大科技投入。

This paper puts forword the imagination and analyzes the advantage and constraint condition of under-forestry economy in suburb of city, and three types of under-forestry economy were put forword which are public welfare, entertainment, and intensive management. To promote development of under-forestry economy in suburb of city, some suggestions were put forword, for example, transform government functions of the greening competent department, improved public participation and increased investment in science and technology.
