摘要
绿色食品产业集群的发展能够对现代农业、农民增收以及区域经济发展起到重要推动作用。黑龙江省绿色食品产业集群在全国有较强的竞争力,但从增强农业竞争力角度看仍有不足,主要存在市场发展不够完善、主体与相关支持产业缺乏深度合作、前后向产业发展滞后三方面问题。运用复合系统协调度模型与回归分析的方法,分析并讨论绿色食品产业集群系统发展协调度、子系统(前向、主体、后向和相关支持产业)的有序度及主体与其他子系统间的影响关系。实证结果表明:黑龙江省绿色食品集群系统发展轻度失调,集群核心产业子系统发展较快、有序度高,前后向产业子系统发展相对滞后,而相关支持产业子系统对主体发展影响最大。最后从产业结构优化升级、转变产业发展方式以及科技创新三方面提出政策建议,以期促进绿色食品产业集群系统协调发展、保持竞争优势,最终实现农民致富、农业竞争力增强的目的。
The development of green food industry cluster are playing an important role in modern agriculture, increase farmers'income and regional economic development. The green food industry cluster of Heilongjiang Province have high level of competitiveness in China, but they still have dis- advantage in enhance agriculture competitiveness, for instance in market imperfection ,lack of good cooperation in subject and related industries, the development lag of fore - and - aft industry. This paper apply compound system coordinated model and analysis regression method, analyzed and discussed the system development coordinate of green food industry cluster, the degree of order of subsystem,( fore - body - aft and related indus- tries) and the relation of subject and related industries. The experimental result indicated: the development of Heilongjiang Province green food in- dustry cluster have low -grade imbalance, and the related industries affect the subject most. The text bring three policy suggestions in optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, transformation of development mode and scientific and technical innovation, to promote green food industry cluster system coordinated development, maintaining competitive advantages, Finally it will achieve prosperity and enhance agriculture competitiveness.
