摘要
热电气“三联产”技术是将循环流化床燃烧锅炉和干馏煤气发生炉紧密结合,实现在一套系统中电力、热、煤气的联合生产,本文介绍了热电气“三联产”技术的工艺路线和技术关键,并对该技术应用于冶金企业特别是杭钢可行性进行了分析,认为该技术投资省、成本低、技术风险小,是满足杭钢不断增长的对煤气、热、电力需求的最好选择。
The combination production technique is to closely combine circulation fluidized-bed combustion boilers with dry distillation gas producers so as to realize the combination production of electricity, heat and gas in a set of system. The process and key technique of the combination production of heat, electricity and gas are presented in this paper. Feasibility of the technique used in metallurgic enterprises, especially used in Hangzhou Iron &Steel Co. is analyzed. It considers that the technique has the advantages of less investment, low cost and small technical risk, which is the best way for Hangzhou Iron &Steel Co. to solve the problem of demand for gas, heat and electricity.
