血细胞参考区间建立的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过统计分析浙江省5个地区三级医院健康体检者血常规检测结果,以探讨建立适合浙江省的血常规参考区间。方法对2013年1月-2016年12月179 417例体检者分别进行血常规检测。分别依据性别、季节的不同统计分析血常规22项参数,采用95%可信区间建立适应浙江省的血常规参考区间。结果不同性别、不同季节血常规22项存在差别,男性血常规的中性粒细胞百分比、嗜酸性粒细胞百分比、中性粒细胞绝对值、嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值、平均红细胞体积、血小板计数、参考高限低于WS/T 405—2012《血细胞分析参考区间》行业标准,Hb、Hct及MCHC参考高限高于行业标准;女性血常规的白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、单核细胞百分比、嗜酸性粒细胞百分比、中性粒细胞绝对值、嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值、平均红细胞体积、参考高限低于WS/T 405—2012《血细胞分析参考区间》行业标准,Hb参考高限高于行业标准。结论作为沿海省份浙江省需要建立适应本地区不同性别及不同季节的参考区间。 Objective To analyze the routine blood test results of the people for physical examination from class 3 hospitals of five regions of Zhejiang province,so that we can explore the routine blood reference range for Zhejiang province. Methods 179 417 cases for physical examination were conducted for routine blood test from January 2013 to December 2016. 22 blood routine parameters were conducted for statistical analysis according to different genders and different seasons,and a blood test reference interval for Zhejiang province was set up according to the trusted interval of 95%. Results There were differences in different genders and different seasons among the 22 items of routine blood test,indicating that the high reference limit of male Neut%,Eos%,Neut#,Eos#,MCV and PLT was lower than the standards of WS/T 405—2012 Blood Cell Analysis Reference Range and Hb,Hct and MCHC were higher than the standards; the high reference limit of female WBC,Neut%,Mono%,Eos%,Neut#,Eos# and MCV was lower than the standard of WS/T 405—2012 Blood Cell Analysis Reference Range,while Hb was higher than industry standards. Conclusion People in coastal areas need to establish their own reference ranges for different genders and in different seasons.
