牙周基础治疗联合干黄茶乳剂对慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素10、白细胞介素17、干扰素-γ、肿瘤坏死因子-α表达的影响

Effects of initial periodontal therapy combined with ganhuangcha cream on the expression of interleukin-6,interleukin-10,interleukin-17,IFN-γ and TNF-α in gingival crevicular fluid in patients with chronic periodontitis

目的探讨牙周基础治疗联合干黄茶乳剂对慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液IL-6、IL-10、IL-17、IFN-γ、TNF-α表达的影响。方法选取2014年7月-2016年8月本院慢性牙周炎患者86例,分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组采用牙周基础治疗,研究组采用牙周基础治疗联合干黄茶乳剂,均持续治疗3个月,比较两组临床疗效,IL-6、IL-10、IL-17、IFN-γ、TNF-α表达水平及牙周指数相关指标水平、症候群评分变化情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组;治疗后研究组IL-6、TNF-α、IL-17、IFN-γ水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组;治疗后研究组PD、PLI、SBI、CAL水平低于对照组;治疗后研究组主症候群评分及次症候群评分低于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周基础治疗联合干黄茶乳剂治疗慢性牙周炎效果显著,可有效改善患者牙周状况及临床症状,降低龈沟液IL-6、IL-10、IL-17、IFN-γ、TNF-α表达水平,提高治疗效果,具有推广价值。

Objective To investigate the expression of initial periodontal therapy combined with ganhuangcha cream on the levels of interleukin-6（ IL-6）,IL-10,IL-17,interferon gamma（ IFN-γ）,tumor necrosis factor alpha（ TNF-α） in chronic periodontitis patients. Methods 86 patients with chronic periodontitis from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and grouped in a hospital of Hubei,with 43 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with initial periodontal therapy,but the study group was treated with initial periodontal therapy combined with ganhuangcha cream,with both of the treatment lasting 3 months. To compare the clinical efficacy,the levels of IL-6,IL-10,IL-17,IFN-γ and TNF-α in gingival crevicular fluid and the indexes of periodontal index and levels,as well as the changes in symptom scores between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of the control group; the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,IL-17 and IFN-γ in the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,but IL-10 was higher than that of the control group; the levels of PD,PLI,SBI and CAL in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group; after treatment,the main syndrome score and sub-syndrome score of the study group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Initial periodontal therapy combined with ganhuangcha cream in the treatment of chronic periodontitis has significant effect,which can effectively improve the periodontal status of patients and clinical symptoms,so reducing the IL-6,IL-10,IL-17,IFN-γ and TNF-α expression levels in gingival crevicular fluid can improve the therapeutic effect and has promotion value.
