对发展教育产业的思考

Some Thoughts on the Development of Educational Industry

高校拥有一大批高科技人才和高新技术成果 ,是构成教育产业的智力因素。发展教育产业 ,增加学校收入 ,既可以提高学校的办学规模和效益 ,又能使政府对学校想包而又无法包下来的困难得到缓解。发展教育产业 ,要处理好义务教育与收费教育的关系 ;公益性教育与成本性教育的关系以及教育的供求关系。

In college and university, there are qualified scientists and technicians and high-technological achievements in quantity, which become the intellectual resources of educational industry. To develop the educational industry can not only increase income and benefits and expand the scale of university, but also alleviate the problems which the government want to but can't solve for the university. The author holds that such relationships between compulsory education and charging education, public welfare education and costing education, supply and demand of education, must be handled, and offer some suggestions to develop education industry.
