用文化的力量推进党的建设是我们党一以贯之的政党治理理念,思想建党、精神文明建设、"代表先进文化发展方向"重要论述和文化强国对政党执政提出的文化要求是文化治党的发展成果。十八大以来,以习近平总书记为核心的党的领导集体继承发展了文化治党的思想,着重构建以价值文化、纯洁性文化、法治文化和廉洁文化为主体的政党文化生态体系。不断创新发展马克思主义文化中国化,基本构建了以价值文化为核心、以纯洁性文化为根本、以法治文化为保障和以廉洁文化为支撑的文化治党的政党治理逻辑体系,不断提高中国共产党文化治党能力和文化执政水平。

Promoting the construction of the party with the power of culture is the consistent principle of the Communist Part of China. The result of the development of administering the party with culture includes the thought of party constructing, the construction of spiritual civilization, the important discussion on the representation of the advanced culture＇s development direction and a culturally strong country＇s cul- tural requirements to the political party which is in power. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the col- lective leadership of the party whose core is XiJinping inherited and developed the thought of administering the party with culture. They focus on constructing a party culture system whose main body are the value culture, the pure culture, the legal culture and the honest culture. They continue the innovation and development of the signification of Marxist culture. And they constructed a logical system of political party governance whose core is the value culture. And its fundation is the pure culture. Its guarantee is the legal culture. And its basis is the probity culture. They improved the ability of the Communist Party of China which is about administering the party with culture and the cultural ruling level ceaselessly.
