甘肃省肉类冷链物流SWOT分析及发展对策

SWOT Analysis and Development Strategy of Cold-chain Logistics for Meat in Gansu Province

肉类食品作为日常餐桌上提供能量和营养功能不可或缺的角色，因其对冷链物流的特殊需求，流通半径往往受制于当地冷链物流基础设施的建设程度。本文分析甘肃全域内肉类冷链物流发展现状，总结分析其发展的优势、劣势、机会、威胁，最终针对甘肃肉类冷链物流亟待解决问题，提出发展措施和对策。

Meat food was used to supply energy and nutrition functions playing an indispensable role in daily dining table, because of its special demand for cold-chain logistics, and the circulation radius was often subjected to the construction degree of cold-chain logistics infrastructure in local. This paper was analyzed the meat cold-chain logistics development present situation in Gansu area, summarized the development factor for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In the end aim at meat cold chain logistics in Gansu province to demand prompt solution, we putted forward the development measures and countermeasures.
