摘要
针对新河矿5301掘进面冲击危险性高的问题,分析了诱发掘进面冲击地压的主控因素,计算出了主控因素下煤体的应力集中系数,并建立应力集中系数与煤体冲击程度的关系。提出了用综合应力集中系数K评价掘进面冲击程度的方法,根据评价标准将掘进面划分出11个冲击危险区,并对危险区实施了煤层注水和大直径卸压钻孔,避免了掘进面发生冲击灾害。
Aiming at the problem of high rock burst risk on 5301 heading face of Xinhe coal mine, the main factors of induceding rock burst in heading face are summarized. The stress concentration factor of the coal body under the main control factors is calculated, and relationship between stress concentration factor of coal and coal body explosion is established by using the stress of coal as the middle quantity.The method of evaluating the rock burst risk of different positions of roadway with the integrated stress concentration coefficient K is put forward, and according to the evaluation criteria, the 5301 heading surface is divided into 11 rock burst zones, and coal seam water injection and large diameter drilling are adopted in the danger zone to avoid the possibility of rock burst disaster.
