摘要
为提高顶板支撑效果和充填效率,在31113W工作面采用低压风力管道充填工艺,对原机械充填和现低压风力充填的充填设备、充填能力和充填效果等进行对比分析。研究结果表明:相对于机械充填,低压风力管道充填的充填密实度高,支撑顶板的效果好,工人的劳动强度小,安全系数高,综合经济效益好。
In order to improve the effect of the roof′s support and the filling efficiency, the pipe filling with low pressure wind is adopted in No.31113 W working face, then the equipment, ability and effect between the mechanical filling and the pipe filling are compared and analyzed. The results show that：compared with mechanical filling, the pipe filling has higher degree of compaction, better effect of roof′s support, smaller labor intensity, higher safety factor and better comprehensive economic benefits.
