低压风力管道充填在薄及中厚煤层的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为提高顶板支撑效果和充填效率,在31113W工作面采用低压风力管道充填工艺,对原机械充填和现低压风力充填的充填设备、充填能力和充填效果等进行对比分析。研究结果表明:相对于机械充填,低压风力管道充填的充填密实度高,支撑顶板的效果好,工人的劳动强度小,安全系数高,综合经济效益好。 In order to improve the effect of the roof′s support and the filling efficiency, the pipe filling with low pressure wind is adopted in No.31113 W working face, then the equipment, ability and effect between the mechanical filling and the pipe filling are compared and analyzed. The results show that:compared with mechanical filling, the pipe filling has higher degree of compaction, better effect of roof′s support, smaller labor intensity, higher safety factor and better comprehensive economic benefits.
