摘要
通过正交试验,研究一种适用于含水地层注浆条件的新型水泥基注浆材料。试验以硫酸盐水泥熟料为骨料,添加羟基高聚物、超塑化剂、多聚铝酸盐以及硅化物进行组分优化。该注浆材料具有低黏度、强渗透、高强度的特点,可以有效加固富水破碎区围岩,确保矿井的安全高效生产。
The orthogonal test was used to study a new type of cement-based grouting material for water-bearing grouting conditions. The components were optimized by adding hydroxyl polyol,superplasticizer, polyaluminate and silicide with the sulfate clinker as aggregate. The grouting material has the characteristics of low viscosity, strong penetration and high strength. It can effectively strengthen the surrounding rock of the water-rich crushing zone to ensure the safe and efficient production of the mine.
