摘要
介绍了液压支架立柱液压系统的结构组成与工作原理。用AMESim软件建立了立柱液压系统的仿真模型,对支架升降柱过程仿真结果进行分析,验证了仿真模型的正确性。并仿真了立柱内泄漏和泵站额定流量的大小对升降柱性能的影响,同时仿真分析立柱受冲击力作用时的升柱速度变化。
The structure and working principle of the hydraulic system of the support column are introduced. The simulation model of the column system was established with AMESim software. The simulation results are analyzed to verify the correctness of the simulation model. The influence of internal leakage and the rated flow of the pump station on the performance of the lifting column is simulated, at the same time, the velocity variation of the column under the impact force is analyzed by simulation.
