摘要 配电网静态无功补偿装置D-STATCOM能够解决无功补偿不足造成的功率因数低、谐波等问题。装置内IGBT是最易产生故障的地方。通过单IGBT开路故障时电流Park矢量轨迹进行分析,提出运用近似质心思想的平均电流Park法进行故障诊断,实现对单IGBT开路故障进行诊断和识别。 D-STATCOM device can solve these problems mainly include: low power factor and low voltage quality caused by lacing of reactivepower compensation, harmonicproblem. IGBT becomes the most prone to failure. Through the analysis on Park vector trajectory of inverter′ s outputting current under single IGBT open fault happen situation, average current Park method which is similar with the thought put forward was used to executive fault diagnosis on single IGBT open fault in a D-STATCOM inverter.In this way, single IGBT open fault in a D-STATCOM inverter working state diagnosis can be realized.
