摘要
选取板式液压支架作为研究对象,建立冲击载荷下支架的模型,对梯形波和三角波的冲击特征进行研究,在偏载工况下对载荷波形进行等效处理并仿真分析,得到支架部件受冲击时的应力变化情况,系统地研究了板式液压支架的抗偏载能力,根据试验结果提出了支架的改进方法,为新型液压支架的开发提供理论依据。
The plate hydraulic support is selected as the research object, the model of the bracket under the impact load is established. The impact characteristics of the trapezoidal wave and the triangular wave are studied. The load waveform is subjected to the equivalent treatment and the simulation analysis under the partial load condition. The anti-eccentric loading ability of the plate hydraulic support is systematically studied. According to the test results, the improved method of the support is put forward,which provides the theoretical basis for the development of the new hydraulic support.
