摘要
为解决现有矿用防爆柴油机车变速器操纵过程相互独立且复杂的问题,以CCG8型防爆柴油机车为例,利用软件建立手动循环换挡机构的虚拟样机模型。对手动循环换挡机构的升挡和降挡过程、不同换挡速度及变速鼓凸轮槽升角对换挡力的影响进行仿真分析,通过仿真得出的换挡力曲线分析其换挡性能。
To solve the problem of the separate and complex control in transmission for the existing flameproof diesel engine locomotive in mine, a virtual prototype of the manual cycle shift mechanism was established by software, refer to CCG8 flame diesel engine locomotive. The shift performance of manual cycle shift mechanism was analyzed, based on the shift force curve, obtained from simulation of upshift and downshift. The influence of shift speed and groove cam angle on shift force was analyzed, too.
