Intelligence Orientation and Realization of Talents Training of Vocational Education under “Made in China 2025”

"中国制造2025"是未来十年我国制造业发展的指挥棒和路线图,正在引发制造业产业转型升级和生产方式变革,进而影响到职业的流动和变化,对技能人才提出更趋智能化的要求,为此构建起职业教育智能素养核心框架,包括道德素养、知识素养、技能素养、创新素养、网络素养五个方面十五项能力。智能素养的培育应在遵循技能人才成长规律和教育资源交互规律的前提下,积极构建"纵横有道"的智能素养培育载体和机制。

＂Made in China 2025＂ is the baton and roadmap for manufacturing industry development of China in the next 10 years. Industry transformation and production change of manufacturing industry have been affecting the mobility and change of occupations, which put forward more intellectualized demands to skilled talents. Based on these, the article tries to construct intelligence literacy framework of vocational education, including five aspects with moral literacy, knowledge literacy, skill literacy, innovation literacy and network literacy. In order to cultivate the intelligence literacy, vocational schools ought to follow the rules with growth of skilled talents and interaction of educational resources, building vertical and horizontal platforms and mechanisms of intelligence literacy cultivation actively.
