经椎弓根植骨内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Pedicle Screw Fixation forThoracolumbar Fractures

摘要 目的:探究经椎弓根植骨内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果.方法:抽取来我院就医的91例胸腰椎骨折患者作为此次实验的目标对象,对91例患者进行随机对照分组.对照组45例患者应用TSRH、CD、AF内固定系统+单纯后外侧植骨治疗,观察组46例患者在对照组的基础上应用经椎弓根植骨内固定治疗,2组均随访1年,研究对比2组胸腰椎骨折患者的椎体前缘高度、Cobb角、临床疗效.结果:对照组45例患者的优良率为71.11%,显著低于观察组91.30%,P〈0.05;术后,2组患者的椎体前缘高度、Cobb角均较术前有显著改善,但观察组患者的椎体前缘高度、Cobb角的改善情况显著优于对照组,P〈0.05,且观察组术后1年椎体前缘高度丢失、Cobb角丢失显著少于对照组,P〈0.05.结论:对胸腰椎骨折患者采取经椎弓根植骨内固定治疗具有较显著的临床效果. Objective: To explore the effect of the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture with pedicle bone graft and internal fixation. Methods: 91 cases of thoracic and lumbar spine fractures treated by our hospital were selected as the target of this study, and 91 patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 45 patients with TSRH, CD and AF internal fixation system posterelateral bone grafting, 46 cases in the experimental group were treated with pedicle bone graft and internal fixation on the basis of the control group, the two groups were followed up for one year, patients with anterior vertebral height, Cobb angle, clinical curative effect comparison of two group of thoracolumbar fractures. Results: The excellent rate of control group of 45 patients was 71.11%, significantly lower than the ex- perimental group (9 1. 30% ), P 〈 0. 05 ; after operation, two groups of patients with anterior vertebral height and Cobb angle were signif- icantly improved, but the patients in the experimental group the anterior vertebral height, Cobb angle improved significantly better than the control group. P is less than 0.05, and the experimental group after 1 years of vertebral height loss, Cobb angle loss was significantly less than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion: The treatment of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae fracture with pedicle screw fixation and internal fixation has a significant clinical effect.
